1. Whilst no guarantee of a particular site can be given, every endeavour will be made to accommodate the general wishes of Exhibitors. Sites allocated will be advised before the Show.

2. All sites must be staged, manned and open to the public from 9.30am to 5.00 pm.

3. All vehicle drivers must have an email booking confirmation. Vehicles are not allowed to move on the show ground between 9.30am to 5.00pm.

4. No part of the Stand, including stock vehicles, is allowed to exceed the size booked. Your stand space must include your access, tent ropes, trailer hitches, etc. It is not acceptable to encroach onto adjoining stand space and if you are unable to fit into your space booked, you will be asked to move to another area of the Show ground.

5. Any Exhibitor who cancels his reserved site, for whatever reason, shall forfeit all fees paid and the Show shall reserve the right to re-let such sites.

6. In the event of the Show being canceled, your money will be returned to you. However, the Committee reserves the right to deduct 10% of the administration costs.

7. No Exhibitor may sublet any part of the site allocated to them.

8. No Exhibitor shall be allowed to shout or call attention to his goods or services or use any equipment or machinery so as to cause annoyance. The selling of goods by action is prohibited. Knives, etc. are not to displayed or sold. Live animals, birds, fish etc., are not to be offered as prizes. NO BALLOONS OF ANY SORT PERMITTED- unless permission is sought beforehand.

9. No amplification equipment to be used for music, speech, banter, etc. Frequencies of mobile radio equipment may interfere with show equipment.

10. Exhibitors are prohibited from selling liquid or other refreshments from their Stands (sweets etc. included) unless written permission has been obtained in advance from the Secretary and any necessary license obtained.

11. Organisations wishing to make appeals for contributions or run competitions must obtain written permission from the Secretary. In any event, they will not be permitted to make collections from outside the confines of their Stands nor draw attention to themselves with undue noise.

12. Exhibitors are to provide their own fire extinguishers and to confirm to instructions issued by the Hertfordshire Fire Service Officers.

13. The Committee do not accept any responsibility whatever for the safe keeping or security of the property of Exhibitors or their agents.

14. All Exhibitors must ensure that they adequately indemnified to cover any claim made by members of the public arising from the use of any structure, vehicle or equipment or any activity on the Stand. The Committee will not, under any circumstances, entertain any such claim on behalf of any Exhibitor.

15. All Exhibitors must replace turf, fill holes and make good any damage done to the ground occupied by them and clear any debris, pins, metal, glass, etc. The Committee reserves the right to charge for reinstatement where this is not carried out by the Exhibitor.

16. The Organisers of this Show have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring.

17. The Committee reserves the right to implement the Show Regulations.
